Quarterly Connect Identifier

Overview

I designed a corporate HR initiative identifier for a quarterly program that encourages employees to connect with their managers in informal, relaxed settings. The design uses branded colors and visual elements that convey a light, approachable tone while maintaining alignment with the company’s overall identity. An icon was also created to further represent the initiative, making the program instantly recognizable across all communications.

The identifier received executive buy-in and was applied across multiple touchpoints. These included digital communications, signage and internal collateral to create a cohesive and engaging experience that reinforces the initiative’s purpose and encourages employee participation.

The branding system is built for scalability across future branded materials. By using playful vector-based artwork, the visual language remains flexible and crisp across any medium. This approach ensures that future collateral maintains a consistent balance of strategic meaning and creative magic.
