Overview: 

I served as the art director for the Princess Cruises annual birthday ecard, a high touch loyalty project designed to engage members on their special day. I developed the initial concept and storyboards, focusing on a celebratory narrative that aligned with the premium brand identity. To bring the vision to life, I oversaw an outsourced animator, providing detailed creative feedback throughout the production process to ensure the motion and timing met our standards. I also designed the accompanying inbox email and handled the coding to ensure a seamless experience from the subject line to the final animation.

 

I managed the stakeholder relationship by presenting the work to marketing executives and securing final approvals. The campaign was a significant success with the brand loyalty members, who anticipate this personalized touch as a highlight of their membership experience every year.
