I developed AmaWaterways’ first past-guest loyalty magazine and successfully pitched the concept to executives, securing their buy-in as a strategic direct mail driver to engage 100,000+ past guests. The magazine launched as a quarterly publication, quickly proving its value with measurable increases in bookings and establishing a scalable asset that strengthens customer loyalty and brand engagement.
